Corinne has a BSc in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), the professional body for Medical Herbalists, established in 1864 www.nimh.org.uk

With a background in language teaching and research in the History of Beliefs, she is particularly interested in the relationship between belief systems and wellbeing. She seeks to support her patients’ emotional and spiritual development as much as to improve their physical wellbeing.

Corinne understands that health is a complex balance and might need to be supported from different angles; she can recommend other therapies to use in combination with Herbal Medicine to address the patients’ condition more fully. As emotional issues often underpin physical symptoms, she might recommend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming or show patients how to use the Emotional Freedom Technique.

She also strongly supports protection of endangered medicinal plant species. The name of her website is derived for her vision of a world full of thriving herbs, plants and flowers in contrast with the declining natural habitat we’re experiencing.
